Experience the convenience of working out in the comfort of your own home and on the road while receiving the same level of expertise and guidance as in-person training via zoom or facetime. This not only saves you valuable time but also helps you maintain your fitness program and stay accountable even while traveling.
Monthly Program Design
Experience a personalized monthly fitness program customized to your goals and needs. Inclusive of a 15-minute monthly program review and a 15-minute end of the month recap, you’ll have full autonomy to complete your program on your own.
Consulting
With over 16 years experience working in the fitness industry, Amanda has successfully educated and grown hundreds of individual trainer businesses across 3 countries, presented educational topics to students and corporations alike, and consulted on various fitness related endeavors.

Former NCAA Division 1 Gymnast, holding a BS in Nutrition & Fitness and a MEd in Health Education & Promotion from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Amanda began her health and wellness career as a strength & conditioning coach at the University of Missouri.
She then transferred her love of coaching to lifestyle athletes at luxury fitness brand, Equinox. Here she quickly climbed the corporate ladder overseeing personal trainer education, business KPIs, and professional development for the Chicago, Northern California, Canada, and London markets. She also launched Equinox’s highest echelon membership experience, E Club SF, catering to C-Suite members looking for a concierge 360 approach to their health & wellness program.
Today, Amanda works one-on-one with people of all ages and experiences, helping them achieve their fitness goals. In her free time, she loves to hike and travel; having already completed Everest Base Camp, Kilimanjaro, the Inca Trail to Machu Pichu, Tour de Mont Blanc, two Chicago Marathons, and a dozen other half-marathons.
